Terms and conditions:

  • Check-in time at 2.00 pm.
  • Check-out time at 12.00 pm.
  • For Govt. Gazzette School Holiday a RM 50.00 surcharge shall be applicable for the week day rate and RM 30.00 for weekend rate.
  • Additional charge of RM 50.00 for eve of public holiday and public holiday.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Rates a quoted are on per unit per night basis and for ACCOMMODATION ONLY.
  • Extra bed will be charged at RM 30.00 per set per night.
  • There shall be a RM 100.00 per unit security deposit to be paid by the guest upon check-in
  • FULL PAYMENT must be received ONE (01) week in advance before check-in date.
